Account & Billing Questions
Creating a Vixbee account is easy:
- Click the Sign Up button in the top right corner.
- Register using your email address or social login (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Verify your email.
- Start using the platform through your user dashboard.
We currently support:
- PayPal
- Wallet balance (top up from deposit menu)
Stripe payments are coming soon. Credit/debit card support will be added via Stripe.
- Go to Dashboard ➝ Finances ➝ My Subscription
- Click Change Plan
- Choose your desired plan (Monthly or Annual)
- Confirm your selection and complete payment
Upgrades take effect immediately. No refunds for partial periods.
- Go to Dashboard ➝ Finances ➝ My Subscription
- Click Change Payment Method
- Choose PayPal or use wallet balance if already topped up
Downloads & Usage Questions
Download limits depend on your membership:
- Free: 20 downloads/day (soft warning at 20), 50 downloads/day max
- Pro: 100 downloads/day (soft warning), 200 downloads/day max
Fair Usage Policy applies to all plans.
We support:
- Design Templates: PSD, AI, EPS, DOCX, PPTX, CANVA
- Vectors & Icons: AI, EPS, SVG
- Documents: DOCX, PDF
We do not currently support video or 3D formats.
- Click on a template to view its detail page
- Click the Download button
- File will be prepared and downloaded automatically
You can view your download history anytime from Dashboard ➝ My Library ➝ Downloads
Contributor Questions
- Log in to your account
- Go to the Contributor Program page
- Click Start Contributing
- Fill out the portfolio submission form
After review, you will be notified via email. Once approved, you'll gain access to the Contributor Hub.
- Click the Upload icon in the header
- Follow the steps: Instruction ➝ Metadata ➝ Submit ➝ Done
- Make sure to include a preview image and ZIP file containing source files and the required instruction file
You earn royalties for every download of your Pro resources.
- Payouts are processed via Stripe
- Minimum payout threshold is $50
- Payout schedule: every 15th of the month
Track all earnings in your Contributor Hub ➝ Earnings
Technical Support
Common reasons:
- You've reached your daily limit
- Your session has expired — try logging in again
- Your connection was interrupted
- File has been removed or is under review
Try reloading the page or check your download history.
Possible causes:
- Poor or unstable internet connection
- Outdated browser or too many tabs open
- Cache or cookies issue
Try refreshing the page, using a different browser, or clearing your cache.

Ensure JavaScript and cookies are enabled.
Licensing & Rights
Yes, Pro members are allowed to use templates for:
- Client projects
- Business use
- Marketing materials
Free users must provide attribution and may have limitations on commercial use.
No. Reselling or redistributing Vixbee resources (even if modified) is strictly prohibited under any license tier.
- Free users: Must provide attribution with link or name
- Pro users: Attribution is optional
