How do I create an account?
Creating a Vixbee account is easy:
- Click the Sign Up button in the top right corner.
- Register using your email address or social login (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Verify your email.
- Start using the platform through your user dashboard.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently support:
- PayPal
- Wallet balance (top up from deposit menu)
Stripe payments are coming soon. Credit/debit card support will be added via Stripe.
How do I upgrade or change my subscription?
- Go to Dashboard ➝ Finances ➝ My Subscription
- Click Change Plan
- Choose your desired plan (Monthly or Annual)
- Confirm your selection and complete payment
Upgrades take effect immediately. No refunds for partial periods.
How do I update my payment method?
- Go to Dashboard ➝ Finances ➝ My Subscription
- Click Change Payment Method
- Choose PayPal or use wallet balance if already topped up
