Getting Started
Quick Start Guide
Follow these steps to start using Vixbee effectively:
1. Create an Account
- Click "Sign Up" from the top menu
- Register using email or social login (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Complete email verification
- Access your dashboard to begin exploring
2. Choose a Plan
- Browse our Free and Pro membership options
- Choose monthly or yearly billing
- Pay via PayPal or wallet balance
- Plan can be changed anytime from your dashboard

Start using Vixbee with our free plan before upgrading to Pro.
Account Management
Profile Settings
Manage your account details and preferences:
- Update name, username, country, and contact details
- Change your password in the Security tab
- View and update your public profile link
Subscription Settings
- View active subscription
- Upgrade or cancel plan
- Check payment history and manage billing method
Searching Templates
Search Features
Our advanced search system helps you find exactly what you need:
- Use the universal search bar to find templates
- Filter by type (Template / Collection), category, extension (PSD, AI, CANVA, etc.)
- Sort by newest, most downloaded, or trending
- Visual search available (search by image)

Downloading Templates
Download Process
- Click on any template to view detail
- Press the Download button
- Your file will be processed and downloaded automatically
Available Formats
Design Files
- PSD - Editable Photoshop file
- AI / EPS - Vector graphics
- CANVA - Openable via Canva link
Document Files
- DOCX - Editable Word document
- PPTX - Presentation file
Download Limits
Your download limits depend on your subscription plan:
- Free: 20 downloads/day (soft), max 50/day (hard)
- Pro: 100 downloads/day (soft reminder), max 200/day (hard limit)
Collections
Creating Collections
Organize your favorite templates:
- From a template, click Add to Collection
- Create new collection or choose existing one
- Collections help organize favorites by project or theme
Managing Collections
- Access from My Library ➝ Collections
- Reorder, rename, or delete items
- Set collection to public/private
- Public collections can be shared via URL

- Easy organization
- Share collections with others
Contributor Tools
Becoming a Contributor
Join our contributor community:
- Apply from the Contributor Program page
- Fill out portfolio form and wait for approval
- Once approved, your profile will update automatically
Uploading Resources
- Use the Upload button in your dashboard header
- Follow upload steps: Instruction ➝ Metadata ➝ Submit ➝ Confirmation
- Include preview + editable ZIP + instruction file
Content Management
- Track uploads in Contributor Hub ➝ My Images
- Tabs: Pending / Approved / Rejected
- View download stats, earnings, and analytics
