Introduction

Vixbee makes it easy to manage your billing history and wallet top-ups. Whether you're adding funds, checking your transactions, or downloading invoices, everything is accessible from your dashboard.

Viewing Wallet Transactions

  • Go to User Dashboard ➔ Finances ➔ Manage Deposits tab.
  • View your wallet top-up history and transaction status (Completed, Pending, Failed).
  • See transaction details including amount, method, and date.

Downloading Wallet Invoices

  • Locate the desired transaction in your deposit history table.
  • Click the Invoice button to download a PDF invoice.
  • Invoices include transaction ID, deposit amount, payment method, and billing information (if provided).

Accepted Payment Methods for Wallet Top-up

  • PayPal (currently available).
  • Credit Card support is coming soon (via Stripe integration).

Wallet Usage for Payments

  • Use wallet balance to purchase or renew subscription plans.
  • If wallet balance is insufficient, payment will fail and require a top-up.

Billing Issues and Payment Failures

  • Payment failures mean the top-up will not be processed.
  • Retry the transaction or choose a different payment method if necessary.
  • Common reasons include PayPal funding issues or transaction timeouts.
  • Contact Support if issues persist.
