Introduction

If you wish to permanently delete your Vixbee account, you can do so directly from the Security Settings page. Please be aware that this action is irreversible and will remove all your data from the platform.

Accessing Account Deletion Settings

• Navigate to User Dashboard ➔ Settings ➔ Security tab.
• Scroll to the Delete Account section.

Deleting Your Account

• Click the Delete My Account button to initiate the process.
• You will be prompted to enter your current password for security purposes.
• After confirming, your account will be permanently deleted.

Important Notes

• Deactivating your account will result in permanent loss of all your data, including your templates, downloads, and activity history.
• If you're not sure about deleting, we suggest contacting Support for help or requesting temporary suspension.

Quick Reminder

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Make sure to back up any important files or information before proceeding. If you're uncertain, you can temporarily suspend your account by contacting Support.
