Introduction
Vixbee makes it easy to manage your billing history and wallet top-ups. Whether you're adding funds, checking your transactions, or downloading invoices, everything is accessible from your dashboard.
Viewing Wallet Transactions
- Go to User Dashboard ➔ Finances ➔ Manage Deposits tab.
- View your wallet top-up history and transaction status (Completed, Pending, Failed).
- See transaction details including amount, method, and date.
Downloading Wallet Invoices
- Locate the desired transaction in your deposit history table.
- Click the Invoice button to download a PDF invoice.
- Invoices include transaction ID, deposit amount, payment method, and billing information (if provided).
Accepted Payment Methods for Wallet Top-up
- PayPal (currently available).
- Credit Card support is coming soon (via Stripe integration).
Wallet Usage for Payments
- Use wallet balance to purchase or renew subscription plans.
- If wallet balance is insufficient, payment will fail and require a top-up.
Billing Issues and Payment Failures
- Payment failures mean the top-up will not be processed.
- Retry the transaction or choose a different payment method if necessary.
- Common reasons include PayPal funding issues or transaction timeouts.
- Contact Support if issues persist.
