Introduction

Vixbee lets you manage the types of email notifications you receive. You can customize your preferences for product updates, promotional offers, and account-related alerts.

Accessing Email Preferences

• Navigate to User Dashboard ➔ Settings ➔ Email Preferences tab.
• In this section, you can manage your email notifications and decide what type of emails you'd like to receive.

Types of Notifications You Can Manage

• Product Updates: Alerts about new templates, features, or platform changes.
• Promotional Offers: Receive notifications about special offers, discounts, and sales.
• Account Changes: Get notifications about updates or changes made to your account, such as subscription updates.
• System Alerts: Notifications related to system maintenance, platform downtimes, or service updates.

Managing Preferences

• Toggle the notifications on or off for each category according to your preferences.
• Keep in mind that disabling all notifications will stop non-essential emails, but you will still receive important security or subscription-related notifications.

Quick Reminder

Any changes made to your email preferences will take effect immediately after saving. You can update these preferences at any time through the User Dashboard ➔ Settings ➔ Email Preferences tab.
