Introduction
Your Vixbee account settings give you full control over your profile details, public visibility, security preferences, and display customization. Managing your account is easy through both your public profile and user dashboard.
Updating Your Profile Picture and Cover Image
- Navigate to your public profile page.
- Change Profile Picture: Click the camera icon attached to your profile photo and select a new image.
- Change Cover Image: Click the Change Cover button to upload a new background image.
Editing Your Display Name
- On your public profile, click the pencil (✏️) icon next to your display name.
- A modal will appear allowing you to edit your First Name, Last Name, Address, City, State, and Zip Code.
- Normal Users: Can update their email, mobile number, and country directly.
- Contributors: Email, Mobile Number, and Country fields are locked for security reasons. Contact Support for changes.
Accessing Full Profile Settings via Dashboard
- Go to User Dashboard ➔ Settings ➔ Personal Details tab.
- Manage Username, Name, Display Name, Bio, and Location Information.
- Contributor restrictions apply even from the dashboard.
Profile Privacy Settings
- Contributors: Must maintain a public profile for community visibility.
- Normal Users: Can adjust their profile privacy settings.
- Collection privacy is independent — users can set collections as private regardless of profile settings.
