Introduction
Changing your payment method is simple and can be done directly from your Subscription Settings. You can choose to pay via PayPal, Stripe (credit/debit card), or a direct credit card payment method for your subscription renewals.
Accessing the Payment Method Update Modal
- Navigate to User Dashboard ➔ Finances ➔ My Subscription tab.
- Under Subscription Details, you will see your current payment method and a button to Update Payment Method.
- Click on Update Payment Method to open the payment method modal.
Choosing Your Preferred Payment Method
- Payment Methods Available:
- PayPal: Pay using the PayPal gateway. Securely link your PayPal account for automatic payments.
- Stripe: Pay with credit or debit card via Stripe. Supports all major cards for seamless payments.
- Credit Card: Direct payment via credit card without third-party services like PayPal or Stripe.
Completing the Payment Method Change
- Choose your preferred payment option from the modal.
- Click Save Changes to update your payment information.
- Your selected payment method will now be used for all future subscription renewals.
Notes on Payment Methods
- PayPal: Ensure your PayPal account is active and linked to a valid card or bank account.
- Stripe: Verify that your credit or debit card is valid for payments.
- Credit Card: Ensure your card details are correct when entering them for direct payments.
Quick Reminder
Payment method changes will take effect immediately for future renewals. No immediate charges will be applied unless your subscription period is due. Always check your payment history and invoices from the User Dashboard ➔ Finances ➔ My Subscription tab.
