Overview
After uploading a resource, it will enter a review queue. Our team evaluates each submission to ensure it meets quality and licensing standards. During this time, your resource will remain unpublished and hidden from public view.
What Happens After Upload
- Pending Review: Your item is in queue for manual review by our moderation team.
- Moderation: The team checks quality, file completeness, originality, and adherence to guidelines.
- Approval: If approved, your item goes live on the platform and becomes downloadable by users.
- Rejection: If your item doesn't meet our standards, it will be rejected with a reason provided for improvement.
Review Time
Most resources are reviewed within 1–3 business days. However, during peak periods, reviews may take longer.
Improving Approval Chances
- Follow the Content Guidelines carefully
- Include all required editable files and assets in the ZIP
- Use proper naming conventions and tagging
- Only submit original content you have full rights to

You can always check the current status of your submissions in the Contributor Hub → My Images section, where you’ll find tabs for Pending, Approved, and Rejected items.
