Introduction

Vixbee makes it easy for you to organize and showcase your template collections. Sharing your collections with others is simple — whether accessed from your dashboard or your public profile.

How to Share Your Collection

From Public Profile:

• Go to your Public Profile ➔ Collections tab.
• Click on a collection to open it.
• Click the Share Collection button inside the Collection Detail Page.
• Copy the generated Shareable Link.

From User Dashboard:

• Go to User Dashboard ➔ My Library ➔ Collections.
• Click on a collection item.
• It will open the Collection Detail Page where you can click Share Collection.

Note: Only Public Collections can be shared. Private collections cannot be shared unless made public first.

Setting Collections as Public or Private

• Collections are Private by default when created.
• You can set visibility to Public during creation or by editing the collection later.
• Manage visibility from User Dashboard ➔ My Library ➔ Collections ➔ Edit Collection.

Rules for Sharing

• Shared collections show template previews and link users to item detail pages.
• Templates still require proper login and access level (free/pro) to download.
• Redistributing downloaded files externally is prohibited and violates our Terms of Service.

Collaboration Features (Coming Soon)

• Collaborative Collections: Multiple users co-curate a shared collection.
• Team Collections: Special collections for private group collaboration.

Quick Reminder

Private collections are not shareable. Public collections can be shared through your profile or dashboard using a shareable link. Always respect licensing rules when sharing.
