Managing Download Allocation
Control how download credits are distributed:
- Access Download Settings: Go to Settings > Team Management > Download Allocation
- Choose Allocation Method:
- Equal Distribution: Same limit for all members
- Role-Based: Different limits based on member roles
- Custom Allocation: Set individual limits for specific members
- Unrestricted Pool: No individual limits (first-come, first-served)
- Set Limits: Define daily or monthly download caps if desired
- Save Configuration: Apply your allocation settings
Download Reporting
Track and analyze team download activity:
- Download History: View complete record of all team downloads
- Member Analysis: See download patterns by team member
- Content Types: Analyze what types of assets are most downloaded
- Time Trends: Track usage patterns over time
- Export Options: Download reports in CSV or PDF format
Reports can be filtered by date range, user, content type, or project tags.
Optimizing Team Download Usage
Strategies to maximize the value of your download credits:
- Team Collections: Download once and share internally instead of multiple downloads
- Download Planning: Coordinate downloads to avoid duplication
- Quality Selection: Choose appropriate sizes/resolutions for actual needs
- Asset Reuse: Maintain a searchable library of previously downloaded assets
- Download Scheduling: Plan bulk downloads around subscription renewal dates
Setting Download Restrictions
Control what types of content team members can download:
- Content Type Restrictions: Limit access to specific asset types
- Quality Restrictions: Control access to high-resolution or source files
- Category Limitations: Restrict downloads to relevant content categories
- Approval Workflows: Require approval for certain download types
- Budget Controls: Set credit limits for specific projects
Restrictions can be applied globally or to specific team roles/members.
Important
If your team frequently runs out of download credits before renewal, consider upgrading your plan or implementing a download request system to prioritize essential assets.
