Why an Account Might Be Blocked
- Exceeded Download Limits: Unusually high download activity can trigger automatic limits.
- Suspicious or Automated Behavior: Use of bots, scrapers, or automated tools is prohibited.
- Resale or Redistribution: Sharing or reselling Vixbee resources outside the platform is against license terms.
- Multiple Accounts Abuse: Creating multiple free accounts to bypass limits is not allowed.
- Payment or Chargeback Issues: For Pro users, failed payments or chargebacks may result in temporary suspension.
What Happens When You're Blocked
- A message will be shown in your dashboard with basic info.
- Access to downloads and some features will be restricted.
- Blocks may last 24–72 hours or be permanent depending on severity.
What to Do If You’re Blocked
- Wait It Out: Most temporary blocks are lifted automatically after 1–3 days.
- Contact Support: If you believe it was a mistake:
- Go to Dashboard ➝ Support Tickets
- Open a new ticket and explain the situation
- Provide relevant info for investigation
- Avoid Repeat Offenses: Repeat violations may lead to permanent suspension.
