If you see a message saying your account has been blocked or temporarily suspended, it’s usually due to a violation of our Fair Usage Policy or Terms of Service. Don’t worry — most issues can be resolved quickly.

Why an Account Might Be Blocked

  • Exceeded Download Limits: Unusually high download activity can trigger automatic limits.
  • Suspicious or Automated Behavior: Use of bots, scrapers, or automated tools is prohibited.
  • Resale or Redistribution: Sharing or reselling Vixbee resources outside the platform is against license terms.
  • Multiple Accounts Abuse: Creating multiple free accounts to bypass limits is not allowed.
  • Payment or Chargeback Issues: For Pro users, failed payments or chargebacks may result in temporary suspension.

What Happens When You're Blocked

  • A message will be shown in your dashboard with basic info.
  • Access to downloads and some features will be restricted.
  • Blocks may last 24–72 hours or be permanent depending on severity.

What to Do If You’re Blocked

  • Wait It Out: Most temporary blocks are lifted automatically after 1–3 days.
  • Contact Support: If you believe it was a mistake:
    • Go to Dashboard ➝ Support Tickets
    • Open a new ticket and explain the situation
    • Provide relevant info for investigation
  • Avoid Repeat Offenses: Repeat violations may lead to permanent suspension.
