Common Reasons for Download Failures

  • Internet Disconnection: Your connection dropped while the file was preparing or downloading.
  • Session Expired: You were logged out before the download completed.
  • Browser Interruption: Extensions like ad blockers or download managers may block the download trigger.
  • File Too Large for Mobile: Some files may fail on weak networks or outdated devices.
  • Exceeded Download Limits: You’ve reached your Fair Usage or account daily cap.

How to Fix Download Issues

  • Refresh the Page: Restarting the session may trigger a new download.
  • Re-login: If your session expired, log out and log back in.
  • Use a Different Browser: Try Chrome, Firefox, or Edge without extensions enabled.
  • Use Stable Wi-Fi: Avoid weak mobile data; use a reliable internet connection.
  • Clear Cache and Cookies: Old session data may block download logic.

Download Still Not Working?

  • Try downloading a different item to see if it's file-specific.
  • Report the issue via Dashboard ➝ Support Tickets.
  • Include screenshots, file name or item ID, and your browser/device info.

Download links are processed in real-time. Avoid refreshing too quickly or closing the tab after clicking. Do not use incognito mode while logged in.
