Introduction

Collections in Vixbee allow you to organize your favorite templates into custom groups for easy access later. Whether you're planning a marketing campaign, building a brand kit, or saving inspirations for future projects, Collections make it effortless to stay organized.

Creating a New Collection

Go to My Library ➔ Collections. Click on the + Add Collection button. Fill in the required fields:

• Title: Give your collection a meaningful name.
• Description (optional): Add notes about the collection.
• Visibility: Choose between Private (only you) or Public (visible on your profile).

Click Save Collection to finish.

Managing Your Collections

From the Collections page, you can:

• Edit Collection: Update the title, description, or visibility settings.
• Delete Collection: Remove a collection you no longer need (this does not delete the templates).
• Pin Collection: Feature a collection at the top of your public profile by clicking the star icon.

To access a specific collection in detail, simply click on any Collection card to open its Collection Detail Page.

Adding Templates to a Collection

While browsing or searching templates:

• Hover over a template.
• Click the Add to Collection (folder + plus) icon.
• Select the collection where you want to save the template.

You can add a template to multiple collections if needed.

Sharing a Collection

Collections are private by default. To share a collection:

• The collection must be set to Public.
• Open the Collection Detail Page by clicking on the Collection card.
• Use the Share button available on the detail page to generate a sharing link.

Note: Sharing directly from the dashboard is not available to keep your dashboard a clean private space.

Quick Reminder

Collections help speed up your workflow by grouping templates for specific projects, themes, or clients. You can create as many collections as you need to keep your creative process organized and efficient!
