By accessing our website, browsing independent creator storefronts, downloading free $0 lead magnet assets, or purchasing digital kits, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Nature of Digital Products & Delivery
All items made available on Vixbee (including editable Canva master templates, design kits, PDF guides, ZIP archives, and commercial kits) are intangible digital goods:
- No Physical Shipment: There are no physical packages, CDs, flash drives, or postal deliveries involved in any transaction.
- Instant Electronic Delivery: Access links are presented immediately on the Order Confirmation page following payment confirmation and dispatched concurrently to the email address you provide at checkout.
- Third-Party Software Requirements: Utilizing our Canva templates requires an active Canva account (free or Pro, as specified in the product documentation).
3. Pricing & Payment Processing
- All product prices are clearly listed in the displayed currency (IDR or USD) without concealed surcharges.
- Transactions are handled through authorized, encrypted payment processors (Lynk.id, Gumroad) with 256-bit encryption.
- Orders are deemed fulfilled upon successful receipt of payment verification from our processing gateway.
4. Intellectual Property & Digital Licenses
All platform interface designs, branding, and creator templates remain protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws:
- Standard Personal License: Grants non-exclusive, non-transferable rights to customize templates for personal branding or internal business presentation. You may not resell raw Canva links or redistribute raw design files publicly.
- Commercial / Turnkey Business Kit License: If an item is explicitly marked as a Commercial Kit or Master Resell Rights (MRR) asset, you are authorized to resell the templates according to the guidelines detailed in our Licensing Terms.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
Due to the immediate access nature of downloadable digital goods, all refund requests are strictly subject to the conditions set forth in our Digital Goods Refund Policy.
6. User Conduct & Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Employ automated scrapers, bots, or extraction scripts to harvest digital files.
- Manipulate order parameters or attempt to bypass digital vault authentication mechanisms.
- Publicly share or leak direct digital vault URLs to torrent sites or file-sharing communities.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
While Vixbee strives for uninterrupted 99.9% platform availability, we cannot guarantee against occasional downtime resulting from third-party hosting networks, Canva API outages, or invalid email addresses provided during checkout. In no event shall Vixbee be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms shall first be addressed through good-faith informal consultation via our concierge desk.
